逛夜市、不忌口胡亂吃,可怕的結果(豬血糕,滷味,排骨湯,章魚燒)雖然今天的數字是假象,不過今天飲食 還是要節制、得比之前更謹慎了、要keep住 好不容易快要找到的馬甲線….
