went on a heavily caloried food n beer on n off diet. gained alot of weight doing so. I'm back now on this app to keep me accountable for my intake. no more excuses. I just have to take the time to log in my cals. doing the cal cycling seems to work for me. and eat mostly nutrious foods. one day at a time. here we go again!
