I am looking for more loss and finding none :(

Hoping it's a temporary condition.

Still working the program. I'd like to be at 144 by end of next week.

It's getting fairly monotonous, so think I will have to shake things up-maybe start running again.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
