Not at all happy with the scale today. This weekend was hard diet wise because my parents were in town and it was my nephew’s birthday. We ate out twice, and then went to a friend’s house last night for Sunday night football. Calorie wise I did ok keeping my numbers in check until Sunday, but everything I ate was unhealthy and full of sodium and I did not drink anywhere near the amount of water I normally drink. I’m definitely retaining water, but since my calories weren’t too out of control overall, hopefully that will flush out in a day or two and I’ll be back on track.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
