Secepat itu naiknya setelah sakit bbrapa minggu..makannya tatap sehat menurutku soalnya tanpa gorengan dan minyak,, tapi ya itu porsinya😅 Gak mikir BB yg penting badan sehat dlu dah bersyukurrrr
