1st weigh in and no loss, a bit disappointed but not alarmed by it, so I have adjusted my daily calories down to 1500 from 2000 to see if that will make a difference, but will stick at it..
150 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
