I'm usually a quiet supporter on this app but I've realized that community is really important on the weight loss journey. I finally feel like I'm making progress after a week of pharyngitis and eating lots of ice cream to soothe my throat, so the 0.8kg loss is a welcomed surprise.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
