Did not delay eating yesterday. Lots going on at work. Two eggs with sriracha in the AM to carry me for the morning. Ate sensibly the rest of the day. Drank more water and a round of psyllium husk to finish.

Today’s plan? Same as yesterday. Then back to elliptical on Friday.

Mid-Day update - Sugar in range at wake up and staying in range. Stress and hunger. Ate lunch early. 550 calories consumed mid-day. Pledge to hold off any more consumption until dinner tonight.

Met the stated goal as of this morning for weight and glucose, but the fight continues.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
