Good Morning Self,
Progress on weight and four consecutive days with waking glucose in range. Still did not get a morning work out in. Camping this weekend with the Scouts. Always fun! That will burn some calories. More difficult to control the menu though.

Strategy - fast until Noon, psyllium husk, bag of greens from the store on the way to the camp, and as much fun as possible for the weekend.

Afternoon Update - Leaving for weekend of camping. Off to the woods with no signal and no scale until Sunday night. A great break from both.

The fight continues on in the 100-acre wood.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
