I have big hopes to reach my goal before Christmas. Still road biking outdoors long rides on Saturdays and Sundays 45+ miles each day and whenever I can in the evenings afterwork 18-20 miles. When I am not able to ride outside I bike indoors on my trainer for at least 45 minutes. I have not touched my mountain bike all year but planning on it in the winter if trails are in good conditions.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Awesome! No doubt you will reach your goal by Christmas - would be a great gift. Your biking regimen will get you there for sure, with diet. Nice!
