Today was not off to a great start. I made a nice healthy lunch for today, and then overslept this morning and ran out the door forgetting it this morning. Oops. Also didn’t have a chance to grab breakfast so had to stop on the way to work. This week is not a good one for me. It’s like I woke up on the wrong side of the bed every day… just need it to be the weekend already so I can have a reset. Nothing has really gone wrong, it’s more like a mental block. My weight is continuing to drop however, so that’s the good news and is helping me keep some motivation. It’s been pouring down rain all morning, but it’s supposed to stop this afternoon so should be able to get my run in tonight. Need to do that because I didn’t ride the bike last night. Got caught up doing some light cleaning of the house and laundry instead, but at least I was up and moving around.
