Hi 👋 thank you for your advice. Will definitely look into her you tube channel. Need to start off light otherwise Im not going to be able to sustain the journey. Staying away from the scale as well. Rather working with a tape measure... Baby steps for now... no quick fixes because those are not sustainable.
