Hello, FS! I've took a bit of a break on eating within my calorie range.. but, I needed it. Especially when I went to a wedding with the best food ever. Guess I'll step it back up today by eating the right foods. Shew, I can't believe it took me 5 days to lose .6 of a pound. That seemed like forever! But, I'm ready to lose the rest, even if I did buy all new pants that I love. Btw! I fit size 10 perfectly now... that's down 4 sizes! I believe exercise mostly helped to drop my size.
