今天早上大便完量體重61.7kg,減肥正式開始囉~(小紅第二天)

昨天還沒開始控制飲食喔~(可能一天算下來沒吃什麼,昨天早上要身體檢查空腹到11點吃早午餐:紅豆派*1+關東煮米血2/3條+魚蛋小丸子2顆+高麗菜肉捲2/3條+多啦A夢小麵包3顆+1/4包大包的可熱果,下午巧克力香蕉綿綿冰+一杯無糖紅茶+珍珠,晚餐:臭豆腐4顆+頭殼肉湯半碗+米血半條+豆皮半塊+地瓜1顆,嗯嗯,這樣算多還是少?)
61.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
