Yay! It’s Friday! It felt like such a long week, I am so glad that it’s ALMOST over. Just have to survive today.

The scale has been my friend this week and I’m very happy about that. Down almost 2 pounds. I like that I’m finally making some progress. Really starting to be able to tell a difference in the way my clothes fit too, particularly my pants. I need to get better about doing toning exercises instead of just cardio. I was doing really well with that last month and then it died off, need to start that back up again and get some muscles!

I hope you all have a great weekend! The weather is supposed to be mid 60’s and sunny here, so I’m excited to get outdoors and find some fun fall activities this weekend after being cooped up inside a lot due to a rainy week!
