I am doing the Ketogenic diet for a little while! My first meal is I juice 2 carrots, one apple, celery stick, ginger, 1/2 cucumber, and 1/4 of a lemon. Then my second meal is a large salad sometimes with chicken or eggs cooked in real butter or coconut oil, next meal another big salad sometimes with chicken. If I get hunger during the day I will have a apple. I don't eat before 12 noon and no later than 6 pm. And if I happen to get hungry after 6 I will eat an apple. I work out in the morning so if I am majorly hungry before I go I will eat a banana! I also drink about a 1/2 gallon of water(Kangen 9.5) before I start my day. By the end of the day I should have had a gallon of water. I do a little Sea Salt during the day to supplement my minerals. I make sure I have enough good fat like eggs, real butter, avocado, coconut oil, chicken, nuts. No bread or pastas.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
