This week's weigh in. 0.6kg(1.32 lbs) down from last week. Grateful. Really thought I'm gonna gain this week. Will see how it goes next week.

Otb, thanks bro. Will do my best. Thanks again for the advice previously. Thinking back I might have lost my way a little bit last week. Relearned the basic and realized what i've done wrong. Having said that, the loss does getting slower and slower.
