Body Fat down and water up. I need to drink more water! Happy Tuesday my friends
117.5 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope you have a wonderful day. I need to drink more plain water too.😩 I'm on a 50/50 water plan. I quickly chug down a glass of water standing at the sink then sip on a glass of something I really want like unsweetened teas and diet pepsi.

It's the only routine I can stick with and my dr doesn't hate it. Give it a try and tell me what you think.
