放縱前體重:53kg。

放縱日最少兩週一次,
就不算熱量跟蛋白質了,
反正就是想吃什麼吃什麼,
什麼想吃的清單都排在一天吃完。
既然放縱了就大吃特吃,不要再想營養價值,
開開心心放縱一天才能有動力繼續減肥下去!
53 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
