Good Morning Self et alia,

Eating for weight loss but have definitely plateaud for the moment.

Today is my day so will likely enjoy a little more and come back to the grind tomorrow. In the interim - more water.

The fight continues but maybe not until tomorrow.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
