official day today and down another 200gms. hope this continues. have been eating a little bit more, as in yogurt,fruit or toast,making sure i have something about 4 hourly,so maybe that is making the diff,anyway i,ll be keeping on doing that.have also fitted in a couple of hour long aquajog sessions this week along with the daily tread so perhaps that mix is the one too.whichever reason im praying it continues!
