Going from 79-71kg seemed very easy, now progress is slow, injured my right shoulder which has removed strength training and the never ending rain is making it hard to get motivated to go out and get my 10,000 steps in. Now the goal is to maintain with a caloric deficit and use the exercise bike till my shoulder gets better and I can start lifting again 💪🏽
70.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
