I think this might be the result of finishing FT study. Starting a balanced protein/ fat Keto diet, keeping carbs quite low to 20-25g, and exercising 2-3 times a week seems to be going well. Hope I can burn off a 2 kg of fat before I get home to London for Christmas ..first visit home in 3 years 🎅🏼 🎄🦌✨

Not quite 😕 optimising conditions for ketosis include a huge range of diets, with most people adhering to HPLF/ HFLP etc. I’m on a low calorie diet atm and HPHF, fasting for 15-18 hours every other day, and 1-2 meals to reduce insulin spikes. High fat and protein (both are reasonably balanced for me) + low carbs + low calorie will produce endogenous ketones, I don’t think it has for me because I had a few carb days, having said that I have dropped 2kg in 2 weeks so something is working well for me. Anyway, just read around… there are a number of ways to produce ketone bodies… not just LC+ HFLP 👍🏼
