Slow is not stationary. Plus I'm feeling much stronger in the gym and I'm starting to see some very slight muscle definition so I'm happy overall.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
