Weighed myself properly today. I gained muscle and lost fat as in the percentage went up and down. So I guess in relation to weight, this means, that I kept the fat and gained some muscle. Mhm.... okay. Eating strict again :)
64 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
