Appears that the scale was having an off day - it appears to have tipped in my favor. I will take it. New low! I will take it.

Intermittent Fasting works as a technique to reduce calories for the day. Eat clean and avoiding carbs helps the remainder of the day.

The fight continues.

That’s how I use IF too. I know they say it’s supposed to help burn more fat and put you into ketosis or whatever and maybe it does, but I use to to stop the unnecessary calories from mindless nighttime snacking.
