swapped back to the Curves Phase 1 diet yesterday...ate too much at McD's, plus it's been long enough on Phase 2-3 that i can go back to phase 1! wish me luck, i'm a carb lover and can't have more than a MAXIMUM of 40 carbs/day!!! trying to stick to 20 or less...it's messing with my calories though...

Good Luck! Stick with it! Don't get too down about slip ups...they happen. Mother nature has graced me with her presence with a vengeance and this whole week has been a slip up for me. I will start again when the "cravings" pass.

good luck!! :) like you said, slip ups happen BUT the bright side is, even when we slip up we still have the power to make it work for us (i.e. use the extra energy for cardio, weights, etc) :) you can do it!

Sounds hard! but you can do anything you put your mind to! Personally I can not stick with low carb diets because I will do well for a little while but then I start getting horrible cravings and end up binging. But if it works for you, best of luck!
