I am doing really well. I am so proud of myself right now. I just need to try to keep it together even I am a downswing of emotions. I refuse to deprive myself. If I want a cookie, I will have a cookie, but just one, not 7. Same with everything else. I will continue to enjoy the foods I love, but I am learning to love new ones along the way. Apparently I love collard greens, so that's new.
