still following my new diet.. giving myself 4 weeks or so to see if this actually works.. and if not then i have to go back to Atkins eventhough i havent been feeling all that well on it.. but yeah as long as i dont gain more then 4 pounds i'm fine.. i just dont want to deal with those darn headaches,bloating and gas.. but then again i still have more then 40 pounds to loose still.. we shall see and its still that time of the month and i lost one pound so thats good
