早餐吃:
荷包蛋+素肉鬆饅頭蛋1/3顆。

午餐吃:
滷米血豆干海帶+藥膳雞肉玉米+炒小白菜+蒸鱸魚+芋頭米粉湯。

晚餐吃:
炒米粉1小碗。

宵夜吃:
地瓜球+小包餅乾好幾包。
61.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
