Keep going back and forth from 184-188
Maybe am overeating? I workout 4 days a week minimum. But I def look a bit more fit in upper and my muscles are growing.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
