After being pretty good this weekend, I slipped up yesterday. Didn’t do too much damage calorie wise but feel the bloat a bit today. I’m really starting to learn what foods affect me negatively which is good. Learning to stay away from them is another story! Going to have to work it off tonight running. This is the time of year that I normally fall out of my running routine due to the cold weather, and it’s definitely cold today which makes it tempting! I’m not going to skip it though, I’ll be warm enough once I start running. At least that’s what I’m telling myself, haha. Plus I really want to make my goal of 150 by Thanksgiving so have to stay focused!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
