Haven’t weighed in for a couple of weeks due to having the flu, not getting any except use but keeping my calories quite low, dreading getting on the scale but getting a nice surprise!
68.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
