Lost the battle today - i binged by eating half of a 16” pepperoni pizza at lunch today. Issues and ignorance every where. I could not handle it being Hangry al morning. Binged and now instead of feeling Hangry at the world i feel like crap and mad at myself! Pick my self up, dust off my big boy pants, and start fighting! Not done yet.
