Last week was rough, but I lived through it. Two days I went over my calories for the day, but still managed to lose a little bit. I am aware this is not fat loss, but seeing numbers on the scale changing is a great motivator to carry on :)
99.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Annie! :) Hopefully that will motivate me not to mess up this week. With half of the family working this Xmas we decided to have Xmas dinner on Friday. I think I'll take 24h fast on Wednesday to make a calorie deficit so I can enjoy my Xmas dinner guilt free :)
