Wrong way.

Staying focused today. Managed to maintain the morning fast and then a shredded cabbage, avocado, anchovy salad for lunch. Threw some onion, olives in there as well then drizzled with olive oil and vinegar for good measure.

Wife will not eat with me when I make this salad. Has me thinking that i win on multiple fronts with this one.

The fight continues.
