We are in Florida!!! New scale but accurate. In the airport all day due to 6 hour delay so we ate junk and airport food. Lots of salty stuff cause my ring wouldn't come off. Now we are home and back to normal. No food in the fridge yet so no eating but back in the saddle again.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
