I’ve been off sugar since Sunday, Christmas day. It’s been pretty easy, but I did pick up smoking instead! I forgive myself and I’d like to try to stop that on January 1. I’ve been journaling my food for several days. I try to make better choices but I’m lacking vegetables badly, I must make healthier food a priority. Also I’ve exercised a few days this week. So, not desperately trying to lose weight, but just recording at this time.
