While on the under side I did gained weight this month, I actually lost .7 of fat while all of that I actually gained was muscle mass, 3.6 pounds of muscle! Additionally I had forgotten to update my weight to show that I weight 187 Overall am trusting the process and am looking much leaner too. Might have to adjust my overall goal to 146 because I’ll have a lot of muscle by then. Will try to focus on shredding more fat this month of the new year! Trust the process! Am bulking while leaning BTW. Low carb medium fats high protein.
