big scale 136.4, small scale 136.0. definitely going in the wrong direction. need to get back on track TODAY! 1200 calories, period. went out onto the new deck midday and got a little sun. will be so nice when the project is finished; railings, side privacy fences and door. easy to climb out the window for now. great view overlooking the garden and lower back yard.
