Rough night. Not feeling well. Did not have dinner so that may account in part for the additional downward move. Not the healthy way of weight loss.

Back at work this morning and will figure it out.

I grabbed some protein this morning and my lemon / ACV drink. We will work through it.

Goals are within reach. The fight continues.
82.5 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
