What a beautiful day, as far as weather is concerned...54ish, beautiful! Tomorrow is supposed to be equally gorgeous in the 60s, before it plummets down to the 30s the following day. I have every intention of putting up some lights outside tomorrow, but we'll see. I'm fairly confidant that I can get it done!

Surprised my weight hasn't jumped since the feast on Thanksgiving...huh..? Well, I did my part for myself today and went to the gym after OfficerBF left to hang out with his family for the day. I'm proud of myself for not falling off of the wagon! Even brought a salad for dinner (although I have the Thanksgiving leftovers nearby...I'm drinking plenty of water and eting the salad first to see to it that I won't scarf all of the carbs on the dish)!

Workout clothes are sitting nearby, ready to go for after my shift!

79.7 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
