Plan today - account for my water intake and eat sensibly avoiding sugars, processed foods, and carbs.

Edit - so much for sensible. Enjoyed breakfast with the family - three small pancakes and a little bit of blueberry sauce. Now sugar is spiking and a mild headache. Note for me, high sugar is around 140 where i have been trying to keep it low with diet.
