Haft uppehåll med att logga maten under jul och nyårsledigt. Har dock legat i med träningen, så tillbaka till lite normal kost igen nu bara!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 45.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
