Read Fast like a girl and started my first fasting cycle with my hormones in mind. I am alittle nervous to add back veggies in a few parts but I was plan on experamenting with adding in a few foods soon anyway and I planned on fasting so we will see how it goes. I am planning on 2 cycles. I hope I feel so good and lose so much weight that I never want to stop!
