Hi everyone! Introducing myself on here since I'm really hoping to stick with my weight loss this time around. I've always been a bit of a mess with probable ADHD that I'm only figuring out how to deal with in my late twenties. I'm fairly active and always up and about even though I don't exercise. My trouble has always been comfort eating when I'm bored and ordering takeaways when I'm sad. I get a little dopamine hit every time I buy something and so my finances are also a travesty. Really hoping to get my life together this year and along with it my weight under control and my finances healthier. Looking forward to chatting to you all on my journey 🤗
