I've been doing so well, but today I'm frustrated. My period is supposed to start in a few days and the PMS fatigue has set in HARD. Everything I've read online to combat it is stuff I'm doing now. I'm active 6 out of 7 days a week. I walk and do DDPY. I drink around a gallon of water every day. My sleep hygiene and nutrition are better than they've been in years.. So why am I still exhausted?
