After a week of no gym and eating like a rebel with no goals, I'm not going to complain. I'm going to focus on eating more low calorie foods and see where it takes me. Calorie counting is something I am unable to do in this season of my life.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
