Not loving the number on the scale today, but certainly not surprised by it. Went to my work holiday party of Friday night, and then my boyfriend's work party on Saturday. Tried to make good choices at mine, but it's hard to log when you're just grazing. Then my boyfriend's party was a fancy sit down dinner so I know I went over calories. Oh well, what can you do this time of year. Got in a run on Saturday and did a lot of walking yesterday, and I've been back on track with calories yesterday and today. I think the gain is mainly water.

Hopefully should be able to get 150 this week, and I'll be pretty happy if I can maintain that through the end of the month. I think getting below that will be near impossible for me because I will be out of town for a week and a half visiting both my family and then my boyfriend's family for the holidays, so I know it will be hard. Leaving home on Friday, and so much to do between now and then!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
