I woke up at 8 and weighed myself with no change...fell asleep again and woke up at 12 to find that I'd dropped almost a kilo 🤔 sleep is important folks!
74.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
